The set with the U.S. Ambulance WC 54 has been expanded in a very attractive way with the special Limited Edition! The additional figure depicts a military surgeon with a mask and a stained apron! The military medical tent with equipment is sure to become an attractive part of the collection and enrich the block dioramas! In addition, the set includes a new stretcher and a standard figure of a medic equipped with a stethoscope, and a quadruple-printed helmet!
The entire set is completed with a black laser-engraved, numbered vehicle name plate. There will also be a numbered paper certificate with the handwritten signature of COBI's President.
The WC 54 is a light truck developed during World War II. It was produced between 1942 and 1945 and often served as a military ambulance for the U.S. Army. The vehicles remained in use during the Korean War despite the emergence of a successor in the form of the WC 64. It happened that the WC 54 was still in service in European countries in the 1960s.
From the set of 402 COBI building blocks you will build a classic American military ambulance WC 54 in modeling scale 1:35 and a military medical tent! This is undoubtedly one of the most successful sets released in 2021 by COBI. All graphic details are compositions of blocks and high-quality prints that do not rub off even during intensive use. The design of the vehicle uniquely reflects the original shapes of its historical prototype. The model continues the series of vintage cars, which were created using specially designed elements.
